“Beacon Barks!” is a collaboration between the Dutchess County SPCA and the Beacon Barkery to celebrate the role animal shelters and animal rescue groups play in our community. Through rescuing strays and rehabilitating abused animals they help promote the human-animal bond that enriches all our lives.
